What the studio collects

The submission form collects your name, delivery email, application and essay prompt, length limit, deadline, completed draft, and the optional context you choose to provide. Parent or payer information is collected only when you include it. Order records also include the selected service, payment status, and editing status.

How your writing is used

Your draft and intake details are used to provide human editing, manage the order, answer questions, and deliver your feedback. This website does not send student essays to an AI model. Any future AI use with student documents would require a separate disclosed decision.

Private documents and order links

Uploaded documents are stored in private file storage. The designated editor can access them through the protected workspace. Your private confirmation link includes a secret token that opens your order and delivered feedback. Keep that link confidential; anyone you give it to may access the order. Files cannot be downloaded by guessing an order reference.

For Google Docs, keep sharing restricted and invite the editor’s confirmed email. The editor checks access before you can pay. You control the permissions on documents in your Google account.

Payments and email

When connected, Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. The studio stores the order’s payment status and payment session reference, not your card number. Resend sends order and delivery notifications when a verified sender is connected. Emails identify your order and direct you to the appropriate next step; the draft itself is not included in notification emails.

Retention and deletion

The proposed routine retention period is 90 days after delivery, subject to the editor’s approval before launch. Deletion is performed by the editor; automated deletion is not enabled. You may ask the editor to remove your submission and uploaded documents. The editor can permanently remove an eligible order and its files from the workspace. Payment-provider records and documents in your own Google account are managed separately.

Examples and testimonials

The displayed editing example is fictional. Your real essay, school information, or testimonial will not be published without separate permission. Purchasing an edit does not give the studio permission to use your writing for marketing.

Browser storage

This website keeps your most recent private order link in your current browser session to let you return to the confirmation page. Unsaved intake information remains in the form’s memory and is cleared when the page is closed or refreshed. There are no advertising trackers in the application.
